Jim did a great job giving us all the information when we were looking to buy a new home. We moved from out of state and had only seen the home twice. It was really important for us to get someone in to really search everywhere and he was very thorough (even found a hidden room!) Left no stone unturned. We were very pleased with his inspection report. It was nicely laid out and easy to read.
